Arthur R. Harrington, Ph.D.

President
 
Art’s four earned degrees include a B.A., B.Th., M.A. from PacificChristianCollege, Fullerton, CA, and a Ph.D. from California Graduate School of Religion, Glendale, CA. He is an ordained pastor who has served ministries in California and Arizona. His doctorate is in Administration, with a specialty in Leadership Development. He serves as a consultant to churches, schools, conference centers, organizations and businesses. As an active Rotarian since 1963, he has also done extensive national and international training of leadership for Rotary International.
 
Art has nearly twenty years of experience in income tax preparation, planning and representation. He writes training materials for tax preparers, conducts tax training and update seminars for them, and serves as a consultant to other tax professionals . He is an active member of the National Society of Tax Professionals.
 
Art has more than ten years of experience in the Securities field. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses, and is licensed to sell securities in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Nevada. Securities are offered through Securities America, Inc., a Registered Broker/Dealer, Member FINRA/SIPC, Arthur R. Sharon holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Accounting and Business Law. She is nationally accredited as a Business Accountant (ABA) by the Accreditation Council for Accounting and Taxation. She is a member of both the Arizona and National Societies of Practicing Accountants, along with the National Society of Tax Professionals. She is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the U.S. Treasury Department, and is a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents. She has earned the designation of Certified Seniors Advisor (CSA) by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She is a National QuickBooks Pro Advisor. In addition, she is certified by the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business as a Loan Originator.
 
Sharon has over 35 years of experience in the tax and accounting fields. For many years she served as a district manager and national trainer for the largest tax firms in the world, and successfully managed their largest district in the country. She has taught Accounting courses for two community colleges in Arizona. Her experience has also included working as the comptroller of two national corporations, where she was involved in doing cost accounting and systems management.
 
She is highly respected and frequently consulted for her knowledge and experience in her multiple fields. Her weekly “Ask the Expert” is a popular and widely-read feature in the Mohave Valley Daily News.

Lara M. DeLaOssa, B.A.
Administrative Assistant
 
Laraearned her B.A. degree in Business Management from California State College, San Bernardino, CA. Her training includes accounting and tax preparation. She previously worked for a national insurance company before joining our firm as our Administrative Assistant in 2007. 
 
Lara is a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals.
